Juicy Pleasures


VITAMINS; Because we all need to survive this kind of weather! (read: because we all need to be able to go shopping instead of staying in wearing joggings.)  So I prepared a few recipes for you with loads of healthy stuff!


1. S.O.S.Off-days

  • Celery
  • Slice of raw beet
  • An apple 
  • A cucumber
  • Some carrots
2. S.O.S. Fatigue
  • Frozen banana
  • A tablespoon of cacao powder
  • A dash of vanilla soy milk
  • Scoop-chia seeds
  • Water
3. S.O.S. Hangry
  • Banana
  • Almond milk
  • Filtered water
  • Blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
  • A dash of honey
4. S.O.S. Immune system
  • Celery
  • Parsley
  • Lemon
  • Apple juice
  • Ginger

5. S.O.S. Hang-over
  • Hot water
  • Few slices of ginger
  • A dash of honey
